|Roasted pequillo peppers||14 oz. can.|
|Roasted garlic cloves||1 Tbsp.|
|Smoked paprika||1 tsp.|
|Sriracha sauce||1 tsp.|
|Roasted almonds||1/4 cup|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1/8 cup|
|Salt and pepper||to taste|
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
- Taste and correct seasoning if needed. Sometimes, depending on the peppers, you may want to add a squeeze of lemon.
