Romesco sauce

Step by Step Recipe

Roasted pequillo peppers14 oz. can.
Roasted garlic cloves1 Tbsp.
Smoked paprika1 tsp.
Sriracha sauce1 tsp.
Roasted almonds1/4 cup
Extra virgin olive oil1/8 cup
Salt and pepperto taste
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Taste and correct seasoning if needed.  Sometimes, depending on the peppers, you may want to add a squeeze of lemon.
